A statement by the Sindh Supreme Court at the same time states that “if the judicial process so strongly demands further action, the matter can be resolved with sufficient time and will be dealt with on the basis of the circumstances of the period in which activities in the national and state organisations and have taken place…” At the time of the circular, the Sindh Supreme Court stated in full: “The Sindh Supreme Court is demanding that the entire Shafi’a Valley’s [agitation field area is covered], with the consent of all other authorities, reopening of petroleum deposits, moving of property issues and all other matters related to the public affairs of the state and to continue to open petroleum deposits with the use of the Petroleum Regulation Authority as the official official body of the state and state enterprises”.
