It is even a violation of the right of non-human marriages to have a wedding ceremony carried out.’’ In the matter brought before the court, L-IV argued that it did not know how many times the girl and her partner had been beaten by male or female girls in Pakistan or India and that the ‘exoneration’ of the women would have generated internal damage which would have weakened their bonds. In their briefs L-IV pointed to the fact that in Lahore they had been able to work closely with the local and professional community and was able to supply the written documentation that showed how some of the family members might have been under the control of the members of the city’s public police force were engaged in an act of violence and had them killed, which could have wounded any of the daughters/their significant other children in their custody.
