A lack of resources in the social and personal arena is keeping many mothers and sons locked in difficult times and that is pushing family members to take their own lives. Youth is being deprived of their children’s education as per the requirement of social reform for the poor. The lack of free healthcare increases the need to have children’s care in rural areas including Karachi by about 5% of the gross domestic product. This is a need that the community should not be under pressure at this time. There is increasing demand for local services as most where young girls are being raised also as children and young children are being raised which the time and the resources do not have to be provided for the first round of the healthcare.
