Hence the outcome of this arbitration can only be determined on a case by case basis. This option makes the Sindh-e-Ahwi law on which the Pakistan Integrated Court ruled in their decision on the Pakistan-India Civil Rights Treaty of 2015-16 more complicated and certainly in favour of the Sindh and Pakistan integrated judgements. It limits the possible forms of representation by the higher courts. Here too it is worth pointing out that the Sindh-e-Ahwi law on which the Pakistan Integrated Court ruled in 2014-15 cannot be interpreted as a legal obligation even if there are other rights under the Sindh-e-Ahwi contract.
