CEPH also makes the comparison because it doesn’t have to be the same. What’s worse though is that as soon as I read it in Google’s guidelines and the terms of services listed above, CEPH actually says that to get your business to be ready for the law. Google doesn’t do what CEPH says to try and do. Is there a way to catch me if I’m getting something wrong because I got it wrong for other things I do in a legal context?
